About Sophia
Greetings, I’m Councillor Sophia Green. My journey to becoming a councillor started with my involvement in various community volunteer programs. As a freelance graphic designer, I’ve always had the flexibility to engage in local initiatives, from organizing village fairs to running art workshops for children. This involvement has allowed me to see the potential for positive change within our community.
In my role as councillor, I am dedicated to fostering a vibrant cultural scene in Sennington. I plan to introduce more arts and cultural events that celebrate our village’s medieval history and contemporary creativity. Additionally, I aim to support local artists and creatives by providing them with platforms to showcase their work. By nurturing our cultural heritage and encouraging new artistic expressions, we can enrich the lives of all residents and build a more cohesive community.
